ServSafe™ at Novick
Food safety is a priority for all our customers, so we are proud to offer quarterly one-day classes for anyone interested in earning ServSafe™ Food Protection Manager Certification. A program of the National Restaurant Association Education Foundation, ServSafe has kept the world of food protected since 1919.
Held at our Philadelphia office (3660 South Lawrence Street), the 8-hour course includes instruction in our Test Kitchen and the certification exam.
Attendees Will Learn
Cost: Novick clients: $175 | Non-clients: $200 (prices subject to change)
The fee includes a textbook, the 8-hour course, continental breakfast and lunch, and the exam given in Novick’s Test Kitchen. Novick clients will receive textbooks with their delivery prior to the class date. Non-clients must pick up there book at the Novick office.
Eight hours of home study are recommended prior to the one-day immersion class. A score of 75 percent or higher is required to pass the exam and gain certification. Please allow at least two weeks after testing to receive your certificate.
